If your 2027 Walt Disney World trip needs one night that is not “stand in the same hub until fireworks,” Disney After Hours is back on the calendar. Disney Parks Blog published the 2027 dates on September 10, 2026 for Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT — separately ticketed, limited-capacity evenings with early entry on the event ticket, select attractions still running, and included snack carts (ice cream novelties, popcorn, bottled drinks).

Below: who can buy when, what the nights actually cost on the official Magic Kingdom page, which park matches which guest job, and what still is not published. Hours, menus, ride lists, and prices change — confirm on DisneyWorld.com before you screenshot a plan into the family group chat.

Who can buy Disney After Hours tickets — and when

Guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green can purchase 2027 After Hours tickets starting September 10, 2026 for nights that fall during their stay. Everyone else waits until September 22, 2026. That gap is the whole game if you already have on-property nights locked.

Disney’s Magic Kingdom After Hours event page repeats the same window. If you are off-site until general sale, set a reminder for September 22 — popular Magic Kingdom dates will not wait because your spreadsheet said “later.”

Event hours and the 7 p.m. early entry trick

Magic Kingdom After Hours runs 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on each listed night. Hollywood Studios and EPCOT After Hours are listed as 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on typical event nights (Hollywood Studios dates run through August 25, 2027; EPCOT through August 19, 2027).

The guest-job detail: an After Hours ticket lets you enter that park as early as 7:00 p.m. Disney Parks Blog also notes Magic Kingdom After Hours ticket holders do not need a park reservation to come in before the event block starts. Treat 7:00 p.m. as part of the product — you are buying evening park time, not only the after-close window.

Laughing Place reports one Hollywood Studios exception on April 24, 2027 (10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.). That specific shift is not spelled out on the Parks Blog overview we used — verify the date on Disney’s ticketing calendar before you build a late dinner around it.

2027 Magic Kingdom After Hours dates

Magic Kingdom nights (per Parks Blog): January 11, 18; February 1, 8, 15, 22; March 4, 8, 15; April 5, 12, 26; May 17, 24; June 14, 21, 28; July 15, 19.

Highlighted attractions on the announcement include TRON Lightcycle / Run, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan’s Flight, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin, and more — subject to change. If your party’s must-do is a short-wait TRON/Mine Train night without daytime heat, this is the expensive park for a reason.

2027 Hollywood Studios After Hours dates

Hollywood Studios nights: January 16, 27; February 13, 24; March 13, 17, 24; April 7, 24, 28; May 19, 26; June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; July 5, 12, 26; August 4, 25.

Ride highlights on the announcement include Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Slinky Dog Dash, Alien Swirling Saucers, Toy Story Mania!, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, and Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets — again, subject to change. Parks Blog also flags roaming character greetings during the event. If Rise is wrecking your daytime touring plan, this is the park where After Hours often pays for itself in queue math.

2027 EPCOT After Hours dates

EPCOT nights: January 21; February 18; April 1, 15, 22; May 6, 13; June 3, 12; July 8, 22, 29; August 7, 12, 19. Fewer dates than the other two parks — if Cosmic Rewind is your non-negotiable, treat EPCOT nights like a merch drop.

Listed highlights include Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Test Track presented by General Motors, Frozen Ever After, Soarin’ Across America, Gran Fiesta Tour, Living with the Land, Mission: SPACE, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, and Spaceship Earth — subject to change.

Ticket prices and the AP / DVC $30 break

On Disney’s Magic Kingdom After Hours ticketing page, event tickets are listed at $189 to $209 per ticket, plus tax, with prices varying by date. That is the confirmed Magic Kingdom band as of this writing.

Laughing Place and WDW Magic report Hollywood Studios tickets in a lower band (about $159–$199 plus tax by date) and EPCOT about $159–$189 plus tax by date. We did not re-confirm those two parks on a live Disney ticket calendar in this pass — use DisneyWorld.com/AfterHours (and the park-specific ticket pages) as the source of truth before you budget.

Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $30 per ticket on Hollywood Studios and EPCOT After Hours when logged into a Disney account, per Parks Blog. That $30 offer is not described for Magic Kingdom on the same announcement — do not assume MK gets the discount.

What it means for your 2027 itinerary

Buy After Hours when nap math is real: toddlers down, teens nocturnal, or your party will not survive a second full park day on tired legs. Pair it with a lighter daytime park or a resort pool afternoon. Do not stack rope drop + After Hours in the same park unless someone in the group is actively trying to become a cautionary tale.

Prediction (labeled as such): Magic Kingdom dates nearest holiday weekends and spring break weeks will thin out first for on-property buyers between September 10 and September 22. If you need MK, use the resort window. If you are flexible, Hollywood Studios has more nights on the board; EPCOT has the scarcest calendar.

Animal Kingdom is not on this 2027 After Hours announcement. Do not invent a fourth park night.
