1. Who we are
Sorcerer's Kingdom is an unofficial fan news site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or its parks.
We publish independent park news, merch hunts, and trip-planning guides. We are not The Walt Disney Company, Oriental Land Co., Ltd., or any Disney park operator, and we do not speak for them.
2. Not directed to children
The Site is intended for a general audience of adults planning trips and following park news. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us using the method described below and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Site and which tools we enable, we may process:
- Usage and device data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, referring URLs, and timestamps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
