Disney Parks Blog published a fall 2026 Walt Disney World snack roundup on September 3, 2026: new pancakes and waffles, churros, frozen slushes, shakes, and specialty drinks. This page is a short original recap for trip planning — not a reprint of every cart and pour.
Locations and availability live on the Parks Blog post linked in Sources. Menus are subject to change. Screenshot two items max before you leave the hotel.
Resort breakfast: themed waffles and pancakes
Value and moderate resort food courts get character-shaped waffle and pancake plates with bacon and sausage. Birthday-cake (custard, cake crumbles, rainbow sprinkles) is at Landscape of Flavors at Art of Animation. Strawberry with vanilla custard shows up at Port Orleans and Pop Century. All-Star Sports lists caramel-banana with streusel; All-Star Music gets fruit cereal; All-Star Movies gets candy-bar with caramel and chocolate sauce.
If you are staying on property, pick one food court. Touring all five before rope drop is how you burn a morning on breakfast.
Churros: the park-day headliners
The standout stack is DOLE Whip pineapple with chili-lime pineapple, coconut, and half a churro at Warung Outpost in Animal Kingdom (Happy Landings at Typhoon Lagoon follows in 2027). Hollywood Studios adds cookie-butter minis at Ice Cold Hydraulics; Blizzard Beach’s Avalunch lists maple bacon churro fries. More walk-ups sit at Anaheim Produce, Market, and popcorn carts.
Magic Kingdom’s Energy Bytes lists Churro Overdrive (cookies-and-cream minis, blue sugar, marshmallow). EPCOT’s Mission Space cart has a family order of 21 bite-size churros with dips; Sunshine Seasons gets a strawberry shortcake sundae with churro loops. Animal Kingdom’s Isle of Java pairs a tiramisu cold foam cold brew with a churro. One photogenic order per park is enough.
Slushes, shakes, and specialty sips
Non-alcoholic slushes include Key Lime Dream, Golden Frozen Flame (lemonade, honey, chile, passion fruit / orange / guava), Peaches and Cream, and Mango Heat Wave. Several also come with alcohol at select bars — useful if your party splits on spirits and you want one stop.
Shakes are slower. Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom lists a Steamboat Willie cookies-and-cream shake with churro garnish (table service). Connections Eatery in EPCOT has a s’mores gelato shake; Whispering Canyon and Sci-Fi list maple-pecan and espresso martini versions for 21+. Specialty limeades, lemonades, spritzers, and cocktails fill EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Disney Springs bars — treat those as add-ons after your snack hunt, not the plan.
How to use this on a real park day
Pair one new snack with a land you were already visiting. Animal Kingdom guests can justify Warung Outpost. Hollywood Studios guests can grab a mini churro without a resort hop. Magic Kingdom guests can hit Energy Bytes without looping the hub twice.
Open the Parks Blog list for exact counters. This recap is for deciding what is worth the detour. If a cart is out, keep the park day.
